Theary News Lab is an independent site with a headline checker and guides to reading the news. It has no connection to ARY News and does not publish news.
Not a fit for everyone: Questions about a specific page or a correction request belong on the contact page, not this one.
What this site does
Theary News Lab runs one tool, the Headline Lab headline checker, plus short guides on media literacy: paste a headline and the tool scores it for clickbait patterns inside the browser, then links out to pages that explain terms such as credible sources, loaded language and media bias.
The site is organised around five topics — clickbait, media literacy, credible sources, media bias and misinformation — each with its own guide page. There is no newsroom here and no original reporting; every real-world example used on the site is a sample headline written to illustrate a pattern, or a claim cited back to a named public source.
How examples are sourced
Table rows are listed below.
| Item | What you find |
|---|---|
| Tool | Headline Lab, a client-side headline checker |
| Guides | Media literacy skills, organised by topic |
| Domain history | Registered 2018; this site is a separate, later project on the domain |
| Headline text | Scored in the browser; not uploaded to a server |

Not connected to ARY News
True facts about the site, updated when they change.
Theary News Lab has no shared ownership, staff or content with ARY News or any other outlet of a similar name. It does not cover Pakistani current affairs and does not take a position on any political party. Any sample headline shown on the site is marked as a sample; any real claim is cited to a named, public source.
These checks help but do not prove a story true or false — always confirm with the original source.
